The Green Kiwi Tours City Tour is an interactive and entertaining way to get the express history of Christchurch. From Māori and European settlers to modern day locals. From geography, architecture and the recent earthquakes, we cover it. As we unravel these stories, be amazed at the hidden gems of the city. Much of our theme of the tour is around the our resilience and planning of our 'new city' after the 2011 earthquakes, therefore you will also hear about some great initiatives such as the public mural scene, the gap fillers and how the city is being shaped. We look forward to showing you around!
